SG 07. RI roles and responsibilities

07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

Each Board member and Project Lead is responsible for managing Investments in Project opportunities follow best practices and policies defined by the Organisation and its Fund as per globally accepted practices and procedures.

Development Team for a particular project opportunity includes Project Execution Team whose role is to implement the Project as per Business Plan and Budget approved by the Board and Fund. Development Team includes members of Board as reviewers who are also part of Board of Project Companies and periodically take status update on the implementation of the Project as per approved business plan following well defined policies and procedures.

Annual training is organised for all Board member and Developer Teams to apprise them of the latest Global practices on topics like ESG, Risk Management, Compliances, Anti-Corruption pratices etc.
