In December 2018 the Board has decided to add tobacco producers to its investment exclusion list.

We believe investing in the tobacco industry is not compatible with our strategy as a responsible investor, and therefore we decided to end further investment in the industry.

The decision to exclude tobacco producers was implementen in the first half of 2019.

Compliance policy prohibits to receive presents in whatever form above a value of Euro 50. All received gifts have to be reported to the Compliance Officer.

Manager Selection is done by the Fiduciary Manager, without any direction on preferred names.

Exposures to the sponsor are limited by internal restrictions.

Personell of the Pension Fund involved in investment decissions is subject to the "Insider Policy".
