SG 03. Conflicts of interest

03.1. Indicate if your organisation has a policy on managing potential conflicts of interest in the investment process.

03.2. Describe your policy on managing potential conflicts of interest in the investment process.

Greenwood has infrequently encountered situations in which a conflict of interest is precieved to exist.  This is because we generally invest in specific wholly-owned asset or projects that are based on contracts with creditworthy counterparties.  The single time in which we have encountered a conflict of interest question we carefully devised a proposed course of action and had it approved by our Investment Committee which included two members of the investor on whose behalf we were investing.

Our steps are to identify the conflict, understand the conflict, disclose the conflict, propose a solution to the conflict, and seek approval from an Investment Committee to the proposed resolution to the conflict.

03.3. Additional information. [Optional]
