SG 07. RI roles and responsibilities

A committe called Nachhaltigkeitsrat has been established in 2008, where the management body discusses ESG  topics (including topics with respect to climate change).

The process is coordinated by one person, but several employees of the investment department are part of a formal working group which is responsible for the implemention of the RI policy. The LBBW has a commitee called Nachhaltigkeitsrat. Within this „Nachhaltigkeitsrat“ there is a senior member and/or the respective board member from each branch of LBBW. They discuss the ESG and Climate KPI set and any new approach and/or products related to sustainable finance  quarterly and report it afterwards to LBBW´s entire board.
