Our investment philosophy is to invest in those companies with long term growth and competitive advantage. And we believe that ESG could provide us a more comprehensive dimensions other than the fundamental analysis while we make investment decision. Therefore, in order to implement responsible investment, our fund is dedicated to screen out those companies with good performance on ESG performance. We started with the enviromental factor first and in order to archieve this, we have formed a 'green' screening criteria including the industry's features, the company's main business and so on. This will help us to gather the listed companies' information to construct an ESG database of our own. After that, the portfolio manager could construct portfolio and make any adjustment based on that database.

At the same time, our company implements the "centralized trading room" mechanism, and the trading department and investment department belong respectively to the back and front office and independent of each other; all company's departments implement functional isolation and physical isolation. Moreover, we strictly manage and supervise the transaction fairness and conflicts of interest and related transactions by executing relevant systems and processes and regularly evaluating relevant risks.
