The proceeds of the green bond will be allocated toward the “Eligible Green Projects”, which is evaluated and selected by Sustainability Committee, chaired by the president & representative director in accordance with its Sustainability Policy and our eligibility criteria. The Eligibility Criteria is defined as Buildings that have a valid third-party certification and we are to disclose its environmental performance annually as long as the green bonds are outstanding.
