SG 07. RI roles and responsibilities

07.1. Indicate the internal and/or external roles used by your organisation, and indicate for each whether they have oversight and/or implementation responsibilities for responsible investment.

07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

1. Hold Sustainability committee which includes the most senior decision maker and executive officer as members to report activities related to sustainability performance.

2. Reported based on written materials.

3. Frequency is once every three months or more.

4. Targets which were not achieved in this period will be reflected on the next period’s targets.

5. Content of the report

- Report of results for ESG-related targets

- Report of monitoring result of each ESG-related measures

- Report of revision of ESG-related laws and regulations

- Other necessary items such as ESG or sustainability trend etc.
