We consider ESG issues in management of standing investments and taking following approaches for environmental and social issues in corporation with property management companies.
E: We have set medium-to long-term reduction for intensity of energy consumption, GHG emission and water consumption at portfolio level. We calculate intensity for those indicators at asset level to find inefficient property to improve its operation or make capex. We also aim to maintain/improve green building certification.
S: We regularly survey our tenants on their satisfaction and make action plans according to the result for improvement. We also engage our tenant to improve environmental performance of the building and their health and wellbeing.
