SG 07. RI roles and responsibilities

07.1. Indicate the internal and/or external roles used by your organisation, and indicate for each whether they have oversight and/or implementation responsibilities for responsible investment.

07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

The due diligence process includes a mandatory check of the acceptance of standards (e.g. UNPRI, BVI Code of Conduct). The existence of an adequate supervisory authority is also an important part of this check. We have a close control on operational affairs regarding the people on the ground (operational risk management). The results of these investigations are part of an overall scoring.

In addition there is one person in our company who is responsible for responsible investments and UN Pri, more in an overarching function.

We refer to OO 08.02 and SG 06.2 for a more detailed description.
