Our selection process takes various aspects into account. Of course the track record of the manager and the expected performance of the investment product are very important but we also take a closer look at the manager´s investment process (including deal sourcing) and the development of his staff to cite a few examples. If there is a great turnover regarding the manager´s staff we tend to refrain from the manager and the particular investment as this is mostly a sign of bad employee management. We also track the progress and development and of the commercial model. We ask specific questions to current events as for example the handling of the impacts and possible effetcs of COVID 19. At an early stage of the manager due diligence we provide a questionnaire which also shows our attitude as an UN Pri member regarding responsible investments.
