07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

The Board of LGPS Central has ultimate oversight of Responsible Investment and its governance. This is principally executed through the Board's oversight and approval of the RI & Engagement Framework and the Company's Voting Principles. We have established an overarching KPI that 100% of product launches must receive our RI-Integrated Status (RIIS). To achieve RIIS a product must be approved by the RI Integration Committee (CIO, DCIO and moveable Investment Director). All product business cases are approved by the Board. 

The RI & Engagement Framework and the Voting Principles are owned by the Director of RI & Engagement, and implemented by the RI & Engagement team, including the Stewardship Manager, and by the broader Investment Team that the RI & E team is a part of. Ultimate responsibility for execution of the Framework and Policy rests with the Executive Committee (CEO, CIO, COO, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel).
