All fund materials include a dedicated ESG section, which contains six subsections. (1) The general due diligence process, which identifies and analyses potential material risks and impacts in ESG areas, and the required documentation of its findings. (2) A description of the portfolio projects’ execution process according to the AAIF data based methodology. (3) The ESG resources including personnel expected to be deployed through the fund’s execution. (4) The international standards in environmental and social areas with which the fund is aligned including the SDGs, IFC performance standards and ILO convention among others. (5) The ESG track record of previous investment vehicles including quantitative data and environmental certifications obtained. (6) The performance expectations for individual assets and at the portfolio level.
