Our basic principle is to exercise our voting right at general meetings when it is considered beneficial to the funds concerned and its investors.

If one or several funds together holds more than three percent of the voting rights in a company, the fund(s) shall normally exercise their voting rights at a general meeting. See our complete voting policy for more information.
