Transparency is a keyword in our daily work with the fund managers. Especially when it comes to transparency in fund constructions and cash flow.
As an integrated part of our due diligence processes, we encourage both fund managers and companies to adopt responsible business practices, e.g. by following frameworks such as PRI, UN Global Compact and other international guidelines.
In 2019 Dansk Vaekstkapital II decided a policy for equality and gender diversity.
In September 2019 Dansk Vaekstkapital II’s board of directors adopted a policy for gender diversity. The policy focuses on prioritizing and promoting equal opportunities, gender equality, and diversity.
Gender equality and diversity are important principles to adhere to and we believe that improved gender balance and diversity across portfolio funds and underlying portfolio companies will benefit the financial performance and the ecosystem impact of DVK II investments.
