Ageas Pensões, previously denominated Ocidental Pensões, is a Pension Fund Management Society responsible for the creation, implementation and alteration of Pension Plans, asset management and management of the administrative process related to company and employee’s contributions, pension’s payment and annuities purchasing as well as actuarial management.
the asset management is subcontracted preferentially to BMO Portugal Gestão de Patrimónios, with whom Ageas Pensões keeps permanent interaction, accompanying the portfolio returns evolution and defining/altering the investment policies.

Ageas Pensões on behalf of the Open-End funds: Fundo de Pensões HORIZONTE SEGURANÇA, Fundo de Pensões HORIZONTE VALORIZAÇÃO and Fundo de Pensões HORIZONTE AÇÕES on 2018 became a PRI Signatory.

Ageas Pensões, signed with BMO Portugal an Asset Management Agreement to implement the tactical allocation process.Ageas Pensões  is fully responsible for Company activities, because (i) is mandatory that the investment management is conducted in the best interest of Participants and Beneficiaries as I already mentioned, and (ii) because, although we are responsible to decide about the investment policy in terms strategic allocation of the funds.
