SG 07. RI roles and responsibilities

07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

Responsible investment is often discussed at board level. The policy is approved and reviewed regularly at board level. The executive office has regular meetings with the responsible investment team of PGGM about the implementation. For example: engagement cases are discussed on a regular bases. 

Our asset manager PGGM also has RI oversight/accountability. Please see their survey for more information.

PGGM's Responsible investment team, portfoliomanagers and analysts are responsible for implementation of our RI policy as are our external managers.
