A portion of the assets we manage are housed in a seperate corporate structure with paralell shareholding. This is not a subsidiary, but given the context of the mandates, and exclusivity of the structure for our clients, and the diminutive size of the assets, we have engaged the UNPRI staff and have classified this as internal assets.
