We have two investment teams that engage in buyout and secondary investments. Two other teams provide backup support to improve the corporate value of investee companies: One leverages our extensive network and information resources in China and Asia to support the business development of Japanese investee companies in the growth markets of China and Asia and promote alliances with local companies; and the other provides active support for the digital transformation (DX) of investee companies. Our back office has fund administration, human resources management, accounting and finance, legal compliance, and internal audit functions. We have 37 employees.

Our buyout investments primarily target medium-sized Japanese enterprises and medium-sized foreign enterprises whose main market is Japan. In our secondary investments, we provide asset liquidation solutions by acquiring previously issued unlisted stock held by institutional investors, business companies, and others and interest in private equity funds regardless of country or territory.
