The information provided in this report covers Allianz Group (which includes Allianz SE and all consolidated entities) but excludes the asset management units PIMCO and AllianzGI.

In 2018, Allianz Capital Partners became a subsidiary of AllianzGI. Our infrastructure investments are therefore now reported in the PRI Transparency Report of AllianzGI.

For the purpose of this report, PIMCO and AllianzGI are treated as "External Asset Managers", which compile their own PRI reports.

Please note, that the figure of total AuM reported in OO 04.2 does not include third-party AuM, managed by PIMCO and AllianzGI, but only Allianz Group assets. The large majority of these assets are managed by PIMCO and AllianzGI.

PIMCO and AllianzGI are reporting in their respective PRI reports on their total AuM including third party assets. The AuM of third party assets managed by AllianzGI and Pimco is shown in OO 04.3.
