11.4. Provide a brief description of how your organisation includes responsible investment considerations in your investment manager selection, appointment and monitoring processes.

Every year each external assets manager of our investment perimeter receives a questionnary. This questionnary includes questions regarding two main topics : responsible investment and CSR. The aim of this process is to assess how asset managers adress the responsible investment principles and how they do implement CSR issues to their own company.

We launched a fund of fund named Federal Oxygene at the end of 2018. This fund only selects funds from asset management companies that answered to our questionnary. This funds put the emphasis on well beeing, investing in thematic such as : environment, health, water, well beeing.

11.5. For your externally managed pooled funds, describe any mechanisms in place to set expectations as part of the appointment or commitment process.

Asset management companies that manages pooled funds in which we invest are asked to answer to our questionnary on an annual basis. This is part of our global assessment process. For funds in which our life insurer has an important part of assets (>50%), a side letter will include a specific policy regarding Carbon investment.
