Silk has adopted proxy voting policies and procedures in accordance applicable guidelines in the US and Europe for all of the Funds it is managing.

 

The principles and guidelines of the policies address a broad range of issues and generally are believed to be consistent with Silk Invest’s fiduciary obligations in seeking to maximize long-term investment returns for Clients

 

Silk Invest has appointed ISS as its external proxy voting partner for its flagship frontier markets fund in the US. Silk Invest oversees the provided services through ISS Proxy Exchange platform which allows it to keep track of all voting decisions and access the voting reports.

 

Through the ISS Proxy Exchange platform, we are able to produce reports on every company we are invested in
