Nexus Point (NP) was established by the partners with the objective of generating superior long-term capital appreciation by making control / buyout investments in Asia, particularly in the Greater China markets of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.Nexus Point believes that incorporating Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) considerations into our investment decisions will have a long term positive impact on the performance of our portfolio and represents an important obligation we have to the communities where we operate and invest. Nexus Point evaluates ESG issues with respect to each prospective investment as part of the investment decision process and will continually monitor how our portfolio companies are adhering to and improving on ESG related matters.

UNPRI reporting framework is the way NP discloses the ESG policy to the public as a responsible corporation. We also share with our investors and keep them updated with our ESG policy and development through meetings and annual report.

NP established a policy to ensure that employees and others acting on NP behalf must be free from conflicts of interest that could adversely influence their judgment, objectivity or loyalty to the Firm in conducting the business activities and assignments. Employees are required to report promptly for any potential conflicts to the management.

NP strictly prohibits any personal securities transactions that may create any actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest. NP also has an Limited Partners Advisory Committee ("LPAC") consisting of representatives of certain major Limited Partners to, among other duties, consult on issues involving potential conflicts of interest.
