Schroder Adveq actively promotes responsible investing with the managers we invest in by making it clear through our pre-investment diligence and post-investment monitoring that adherence to ESG principles is an important component of our investment decision and our perspective on how the manager is performing post investment. One example of promoting ESG, is that we seek to establish 1 to 3 ESG goals for each fund upon our commitment that we would like to see the manager pursue going forward. These goals are reviewed during investment monitoring.
