As a growing fund manager we continue to develop, enhance and refine our ESG implementation.

While currently a smaller firm, we are developing our internal engagement capabilities. This principally arises through the development of an engagement pipeline. The pipeline is developed from a systematic review of our ESG exposures and seeks to identify areas where engagement can help to boost ESG ratings and / or minimise ESG risks across our portfolio.

We consider collective engagement on a case by case basis.
