TPG has an international staff of more than 1,100 employees, operating professionals, senior advisors, field ops advisors, firm professionals, and back office professionals. The number of investment professionals globally is approximately 550, that includes operating professionals, fundraising, Central team, public relations and excludes interns, as of 12/31/18. Field ops advisors are primarily employee advisors fully dedicated to TPG and senior advisors are primarily non-employee advisors with varying time commitments. Our back and middle office professionals include, among other things, finance, HR, legal and compliance, IT/business solutions, office administration and support. TPG is very focused on strengthening the firm given the diversification of our business and growing success and momentum in our investment strategy and fundraising
