          Fred Alger Management, Inc. has drafted a firm-wide policy entitled "Procedures for Incorporating ESG Considerations in Security Analysis". As a signatory to the UN PRI, Alger believes that ESG issues can affect the performance of investment portfolios to varying degrees and over varying periods of time. We recognize that incorporating ESG considerations into our investment process is a meaningful way to promote awareness of the Principles. The policy sets forth Alger's approach to incorporating ESG considerations into the investment process. The draft policy is under review with senior executives at Alger, including the CEO/CIO and SVP, Director of Risk, and we expect a final draft by June 30, 2019.

Fred Alger Management, Inc. requires that employees, at all times, place the interests of their clients first. As such, it follows various polices designed to detect, prevent or mitigate conflicts of interest. These include, for example, policies regarding personal securities transactions, allocation of trades across multiple client accounts, and possesion of material non-public information, among others.
