Circuitus Capital LLP is a new Infrastructure Fund Manager, aiming to invest in assets in Europe up to ~75% of the portfolio and also in Latin America (no more than 25%).

Two of the four founding partners are Construction companies - Sacyr (Spain) and Fininc (Italy), with the remaining two partners being experienced in asset management, financing and banking.

The first close of the Fund was on 13th December 2018.

The seed asset is a toll road in Northern Italy, currently under construction - Superstrada Pedemontana Veneta - due to be completed in 2021.
