CCLA's Property Funds are open ended products. This means that, unlike other property managers, we do not use Private Placement Memorandums. Instead, responsible investment is integrated into all marketing literature for the Funds. This includes their annual report and any slide packs used to present to prospective clients. These documents include details of our approach to incorporating ESG factors in our property selection, management and refurbishment activities. Our marketing team are regularly briefed on the processes used, enabling them to present our approach with confidence.
