Scope and process

The Portfolio Manager, announced her retirement in early September. We were advised that she would be finishing up at the end of 2017. On a later call in mid-October we were informed that she was on the payroll until the end of the year but was no longer in the office every day.  The changed story was extremely disappointing and we accelerated our work to replace the manager as soon as possible. 


After liaising with our Asset consultant, it was determined to replace that manager as soon as possible
