GlobeFlex manages long-only, listed equities traded on public exchanges. For one strategy, we utilize Promisary-Notes (P-Notes), which are unsecured, bearer securities typically issued by financial institutions, the performance of which is generally linked to the performance of the underlying listed security. P-Notes are typically used in order to see liquidity in certain restricted local markets.
