Stichting Pensioenfonds Openbaar Vervoer (SPOV) is an asset owner whose assets are managed by SPF Beheer. SPOV has a Board which consistes of 10 members. In total they spend about 2.1 fte on the board work for SPOV.

The board is supported by an executive office (bestuursbureau). This office employs 4 people (3.5 fte). Additionallt, the board is advised by an investment committee, consisting of 5 persons (0.5fte). The Accountability Council is a body through which the pension plan members can exert supervision of and engage in dialogue with the board. This Council consists of 14 members (1.4fte).

SPF Beheer employs approximately 160 ftes for purposes of investment management and pension administration. It performs these tasks for two clients. Additionally, there are some other, smaller, clients who have outsourced part of these tasks to SPF Beheer.
