With third party property managers SPF Beheer, on our behalf, sets a multiannual programme. In this programme it is recorded that the manager has to take into account ESG requirements and improvements (such as energy labelling) when conducting maintenance. Additionally, it is the task of the manager to advise SPF Beheer and us in this.
Specific ESG objectives are not included in the selection and contractual phase. However, SPF Beheer only works with professional and well-known property managers. We are convinced that these managers are capable of carrying out our wishes and requirements.
