By administering our policies and procedures in this area, by ensuring that all partners (appointed managers) are aligned with our vision and by selecting managers that are UNPRI signatories and have amalgamated ESG best practice within their investment management governance and investment process.

The ACSRF Investment team is a small group consisting of the CEO, Chief Investment Officer,and Investment Officer. As well as performing other duties, one additional staff member assists this team with RI/ESG matters, although this is not a dedicated investment role. There is no dedicated financial analyst resource available. It is expected that one addtional investment analyst will be appointed in early 2015.  ACSRF monitors the activities of its external investment managers and encourages them to report on their engagements.

The small number of resources in the Investment Team has made it difficult to fully cover all aspects of responsible investing.  However, ACSRF does use ACSI to engage on its behalf.
