Fennia Asset Management Ltd. belives that it can achive long term risk reductions throught the integration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors. As the buildings sector consumes around 40% of the world’s energy, Fennia Asset Management belives that small changes toward systematically incorporating ESG considerations into real estate investments, can make a big diffrence. Therefor Fennia Asset Management has incorporated ESG factors into property selection and management.  In property selection this can i.e. mean consideration of energy efficiency, transportation, technical specification of requirements in properties, water effiency and indoor environmental quality. Property management refers i. e.  to maintenance, measures to improve, renovate and repair a property. The task of regular maintenance is to provide tenants and others who use the premises, healthy and functional facilities. Effective maintenance also brings savings in maintenance costs, energy and carbon dioxide emissions, and reduces the negative environmental impact of the real estate.
