In the cases we engage a company, we will communicate with management on a particular topic, and may provide recommendations or criticism on particular issues. We may express satisfcation or dissatisfaction with certain management decisions and take proactive steps to steer management to what we believe is in the best interest of shareholders. At the end of the day, we are long-term investors and if we believe management is negatively affecting a company's potential growth, we would exit the position.
