Crescera participates on all investee companies as members of Board of Directos, being, as so, responsible for the oversight of implementation of an environmental and social management system in each company.

Crescera has an E&S Officer, which is responsible for the implementation and management of the environmental and social management system. E&S Officer also performs Environmental and Social Due Diligence Reports for new investees, supervises investments in the portfolio and prepares performance reports for LPs. The company also has support from external experts to conduct these activities in accordance with best practices.
