ISATIS Capital, founded in 2013, is an independent private company based in France. It was formed thanks to the spin-off of the private equity activity of BNP Paribas. ISATIS Capital is owned by its employees. ISATIS Capital has developed 3 types of funds. First range called "fonds fiscaux" is made of tax-incentivised funds regulated by the French regulation authority. Second range is made of a fund specifically designed for life insurance contracts. Finally, the third range is composed of funds aimed at institutional investors.
