Total AUM reflect those parts of the TMAM-GO Japan Engagement strategy, for which GO Investment Partners is a GP (English LP; under OO 04.2) and our Cayman Island structure (under OO 04.4), which comprises a Offshore feeder and a Delaware feeder fund investing into the Master Fund. Our subsidiary GO Japan does not have any AUM.

The Fund invests in a concentrated portfolio of small cap Japanese stocks. It is benchmarked against The Tokyo Stock Price Mid 400 Index (“TOPIX Mid 400”), a capitalisation-weighted composite, owned and compiled by the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
