We strongly attach to our investment philosophy, our voting policy is based on. However, if and when appropriate from a long term perspective, we could - after thorough internal discussion within our management team - decide to deviate from the policy. This has been the case with respect to the re-appointment of members of the supervisory board, exceeding the maximum terms. Please note that we would always enter into discussion with the company prior to such decision, in order to at least being vocal on our disagreement.
