Overview

PR 08. ESG issues in post-investment activities

Good and efficient management of ESG issues will have an impact on the valuation of the property and its cost of capital. Factors that are included in the post-investment activities and evaluation.

The property assets managers i.e. the management of the AP3 directly owned property companies are responsible to carry out the day to day ESG work and development.


Property monitoring and management
