AP3 is directly invested in property companies with their own management (expect for one company). It is thus the management of the company that should  address ESG issues and be evaluated in relation to the outcome and impact, reduced emissions, increased efficiency in the handling of water, waste and energy. Good control over construction, material, transports and supply chain etc

AP3 has representatives on the board in all companies. Sustainability issues are of vital interest in real estate and issues like energy efficiency, waste and water management, social sustainability, and good governance are constantly in focus.

AP3 investment  in real estate funds is minute is being divested.
