Devon has a broad integrated approach to ESG. Devon's investment process is based on a bottom up research process. We conduct our own primary analysis and leverage off data from MSCI. All members of the Devon investment team and executive understand and support our ESG objectives and they execute on their responsibilities in this area. Our investment team engage with the companies that we invest in to promote improving performance on ESG issues and all our financial modelling and investment recommendations capture ESG factors.

We do not have any one dedicated responsible investment staff member, rather the responsibility for incorporating ESG considerations is shared amongst the team. These obligations are well understood and are measured regularly. Our Managing Director is responsible for overseeing our engagements and collaborations.
