The Cheyne Social Property Impact Fund incorporates Cheyne's ESG policy into their approach to investment in property. The Fund primarily invests on a social impact basis with a focus on the supply and demand imbalance in affordable residential housing.

The Fund combines attractive yields, explicit inflation linkage, long-term leases and large supply and demand imbalances to generate an attractive risk-reward profile, with high-quality inflation-linked cash flows on the downside and the opportunity to generate meaningful capital gains on the upside.
