          The Social Property Impact fund provides full transparency on its investment models with counterparties.

          The Social Property Impact team regularly speak at, and participate in, industry panels and conferences to discuss social impact investing.

          Within our Real Estate financing and social property impact fund's we have encouraged borrowers and leasees to incorporate RI aspects to property development and property manager.
