Staff have attended external training on RI adoption and RI best practice. Cheyne also organised tailored internal training with RI consultants for staff; attendees were PMs, investment analysts and ancillary staff.
All staff receive compliance training on induction, covering the compliance manual inclusive of the firm's policies and procedures. Thereafter annual training is required on code of ethics related modules as below:
Anti-Money Laundering – (AML) (Global), Compliance Induction (Global), Conflicts of Interest (Global), Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (UK and Europe) and Preventing Market Abuse (UK and Europe)
On a quarterly basis all staff are asked to attest that they have adhered all of the policies and procedures as stated in the compliance manual.
