07.3. Provide a brief description of your organisations selection, appointment and monitoring of third party property managers and how they contribute to the management of ESG issues for your property investments.

All appointed property managers are not-for-profit organisations.  Before Cheyne appoints a property manager we review the historic interactions with customers and verify that they have a good standard of customer care and responsiveness.

Each property manager's agreement contains covenants to uphold the social standards per property.

Each property manager has an ongoing obligaiton to report to Cheyne on a prescribed matrix of social responsibilty metrics set out by Cheyne.
