On an annual basis, the Board of Directors reviewed the implementation of the RI approach, the voting guidelines and results and all the matters related to the RI development of LBPAM.

The CIO actively contributes to the implementation of RI strategy across the different asset classes.

The RI team is in charge of research and portfolio management and consists of 8 people: the Head of Fund Management, the Head of SRI Research, 5 SRI Equity Portfolio Managers and Analysts, 1 SRI Quantitative analyst.

Compliance and risk officers verify that our SRI funds are in line with our SRI approach.

Marketing team is involved in marketing and sales-related activities of our SRI funds.

A new Head of SRI research has been recruited in October 2017 and a RI US Portfolio Manager has joined in June 2017.

The RI team prepares on a yearly basis a report on climate related risks which is submitted to the CIO and CEO. The purpose of this annual report is to help assessing and mitigating LBPAM's climate related risks.

The RI portfolio managers and dedicated research team are responsible for implementing climate related investment decisions in their portfolio.

The top management has committed to transition all the assets under management into SRI until 2020. This has been presented and approved by all the shareholders in 2018 (La Banque Postale, Aegon and Malakoff Mederic).
