As of 31/12/18, Ostrum AM employes 364 people within its direct scope (Ostrum France, and , Ostrum Asia). 

Please note that an organization change occurred on October 1st 2018. Ostrum Asset Management was created from the transfer into a subsidiary, on 1 October 2018, of the fixed income and equity activities of Ostrum Asset Management (RCS Paris 329 450 738 - formerly Natixis Asset Management).

Further to the company change described above, some support functions (notably reporting, legal) were transferred to Natixis Investment Managers International, the group entity that also distributes open ended funds. There is no change in the level of service to Ostrum Asset Management.

Due to the change of perimeter and the transfer of some support functions, the number of staff in Ostrum AM has changed from the previous PRI report. This will note be attributed to any other reasons than transfer of activities.

Entities that were previously subsidiaries of Ostrum Asset Management became affiliates of Natixis Investment Managers, as Ostrum AM also is.

As of 31/12/2018, Ostrum AM does not have any more subsidiaries.

Please note that an organization change occurred on October 1st 2018. Ostrum Asset Management was created from the transfer into a subsidiary, on 1 October 2018, of the fixed income and equity activities of Ostrum Asset Management (RCS Paris 329 450 738 - formerly Natixis Asset Management).
