BMO Global Asset Management
At BMO Global Asset Management level, responsibility for the oversight of our responsible investment approach and policies sits with our Executive Committee. Initial review and recommendation for approval of changes to our approach or policies is conducted via a delegated authority to the Global Investment Committee (GIC), the members of which include the Global CIO, CIO North America and other senior investment representatives from across BMO Global Asset Management
RI staff are tasked with executing RI-related activities, including screening, engagement, voting and ESG integration, and represent the organisation at RI events. They are also the main contributors to the development of the organisation's RI strategy and policies.
