ECP is an asset management firm that offers a single strategy, which can be tailored dependent on client needs. Essentially we begin with a product which offers clients exposure to the best companies we can find in our investment universe. We primarily offer clients access to the 'ALL CAP' portfolio, and an 'EX50' subset portfolio (Ie. removing the largest 50 stocks in the index from our potential universe). Our total capacity in the firm is dependent on the allocation of funds between the ALL CAP and the EX50 portfolio's. Our investment universe is all Australian listed equity securities.

We are a buy and hold equities manager with low turnover, and our primary driver for investing is the IRR generated by the investments. These IRRs are mapped to weights in the portfolio, which are then adjusted to reflect the underlying risks inherent in those irrs. All portfolios are matched to the model portfolio periodically to ensure consistency. The cash balance of implemented portfolios is reflective of the portfolio irr.
